Nisbet Lodge is committed to ongoing quality measurement & improvement. Our Quality Committee meets monthly, prepares a quaterly report and presents it to our Board Quality Commitee.
The home undertakes an annual resident and family survey and works with the resident council, families, and multidisciplinary quality team to develop action plans based on those results.
The Coordinator oversees the annual Resident and Family Experience Surveys and works with the management team to develop action plans based on those results. They also coordinate Nisbet’s annual Quality Improvement Program (QIP) that is submitted to the Ontario Health. We also seek input through family memebrs and Resident Councils.
Quality reports are posted on our website quarterly.
