McClintock Manor is a high rise apartment building with a Christian designation, for independent seniors age 59 or older.

The Manor has 62 one-and two-bedroom apartments, including four accessible units. The Manor is a wheelchair accessible building including main entrance and barrier-free washrooms.

Conveniently located at 730 Pape Avenue, directly across from the TTC’s Pape subway station, McClintock Manor tenants enjoy easy use of the subway, and the diverse attractions of Toronto’s Danforth neighbourhood, including pharmacists and an array of restaurants and shopping.

We provide individual apartments where seniors can live independently in a “good neighbour community” with Nisbet Lodge and Calvary Church that is well run and maintained, and in an atmosphere enhanced by Christian values.

The Manor also has a volunteer-run tenant security check program, and active Tenants’ Association. There is a games room on the penthouse level.

We follow a Continuum of Care philosophy. Tenants can move in while still active using support services as needed and transition to Nisbet Lodge. People living at McClintock Manor are welcome to join in activities and programs offered by Nisbet Lodge and Calvary Church.
