Foundation Events

The Nisbet Lodge McClintock Manor Foundation was created in 1993 to support the ongoing work of providing housing and care.

The Foundation holds annual special events that improve the quality of life of those seniors who call 740 and 730 Pape Avenue home. Over the years the Foundation has supported a new nurse call system, additional recreation programs and upgrades to the dining room and resident lounges.

To support these projects we host a Mother’s Day Walkathon and Joint Charity Golf Tournament in the spring and in the fall ‘A Little Light Music’s which is a dinner and concert. The music has varied from gospel, to classical to community choirs. We also express our appreciation to our donors with a recognition dinner in the winter.

We are always looking for organizations to partner with to support third party events. Together we can make a big difference in the lives of our residents.

All donations qualify for receipts for income tax purposes.
